CAA-GR 2022 Autumn Sessions “Climate change, AI and Cultural Heritage”

The Greek Chapter of the Computer Applications & Quantitative Methods in Archaeology (CAA-GR) cordially invites you to attend a series of weekly online sessions (1½ to 2 hours duration each) that will run during November and December 2022. The invited speakers and the participants will have the opportunity to exchange knowledge and experiences on past and present climate changes, digital modeling, and approaches of artificial intelligence on cultural heritage. A strong focal point in these discussions will be the impact of climate change on natural and cultural heritage sites and the application of cutting-edge technologies in their preservation and conservation. The intention is to establish a cross-border and cross-discipline collegial environment, where scholars share their experiences, highlight problems, and exchange knowledge, know-how, and discuss potential solutions.
